Cesar was very wonderful to meet and he tried to make a bad situation better for us. We reached out to Heiser first since we purchased a vehicle 2 years ago from them. Cesar has a great personality very charismatic and his devotion to help us out goes unnoticed. Unfortunately a purchase couldn't be in the making of a great experience with him due to negotiations stalled or couldn't be in our wheel house for payment wise. I have also had 5 hard credit inquiries and still haven’t received any payment information. I could continue to rant, but I would just recommend going elsewhere for your next vehicle.
