He made me feel comfortable and explained things in detail. If I had a question or concern he addressed it or asked someone until he got the answer. Brian the GM was awesome!! He went over and beyond my expectations. I had a concern and Brian acted immediate and resolved the issue. I truly thank the entire crew for their exceptional customer service.
