Oil change and tire rotation with a car was. Took a little over 1 hour. Service department was polite and helpful.

Cesar helped Me find a vehicle I loved and was competitive in a financing rate against what I was offered from my bank. I will be coming here again when I am due for another vehicle! The dealership got us in and out for service very quickly. The service writer was able to get us a discount with some coupons that he found.
Cesar was very wonderful to meet and he tried to make a bad situation better for us. We reached out to Heiser first since we purchased a vehicle 2 years ago from them. Cesar has a great personality very charismatic and his devotion to help us out goes unnoticed. Unfortunately a purchase couldn't be in the making of a great experience with him due to negotiations stalled or couldn't be in our wheel house for payment wise. If your looking for a salesman that actually cares for your business it would be Cesar.
The sales pressure was really strong, really had to haggle to beat another dealership's price. Clean place with popcorn, soda, water, and tea available.

went in for a small oil leak, drop my truck off in the morning. got a call back at the end of day. the bill would be $3,215.78 for rear mail seal. then possible crank seal and oil seperater. wont know untill they take off the transmission. the rear main seal by the book is rated at 10 hrs. they wrote on the bill 12.5 hrs. hourly rate 222 dollars an hour. called two chevy dealers 180 and 160 for there rate. . The finance department is completely incompetent. They make guarantees without even understanding their own processes. They were unable to rectify the situation after explaining my frustrations. I have also had 5 hard credit inquiries and still haven’t received any payment information. I could continue to rant, but I would just recommend going elsewhere for your next vehicle.

I waited quite a long time to get the diagnosis, and maybe I should have been informed along the way that it was still being worked on, was complicated, was more digital than mechanical, etc.

Initially he did not acknowledge me after exiting my vehicle and approaching the area for assistance. However when 'another' customer pulled in and existed, he made sure to acknowledge he'll assist the next person in line. He did recover and provided great service thereafter but I believe it was because of the look of audacity on my face of what had just transpired. I have been coming here for 5yrs and love the prior service but I will gladly move on if need be.

I had an issue with a used vehicle I had purchased. Heiser couldn't diagnose this issue correctly so they sent it across the street to another dealership. The next dealership couldn't get me in for 3 weeks or so and Heiser refused to give me a rental. Now we're on week 3 and it was diagnosed that my Jeep needs a camshaft that there is no eta on. At 39 years old with 2 kids and a wife I'll probably be purchasing 4 vehicles in the next 20 years... The way this turned out I will not be dealing with Heiser again...

I purchased a 2021 Silverado 1500 brand new from this dealership. The salesperson sold me an extended warranty that I was told was with General Motors. This turns out to not have been the case and now I don't have the required information to get a repair covered under the warranty. The shady sales tactics and poor communication with the company has really soured my opinion of the entire Heiser organization. I do not remember the salesperson and I was forced to pick one. This is not a reflection on that person.
Very prompt courteous didn't try to sell me things I did not need would recommend it and will be back for my next Oil Change

Had trouble with another representative who didn't order the needed parts. I came to service appointment and the needed parts weren't there and didn't get the promised call when parts were in. Liam got everything lined up and completed.
Always like them in the past for their quick service. However, not this time. Early for my appointment but it took me over two hours for a routine maintenance. People came before and after me and I was still waiting. Not very happy!
Vehicle was provided to dealership, and checked in by service writer on Tuesday evening for a Weds appointment (only a couple hour job). Never received a phone call for follow-up. At end of business I got a ride to dealership and they never even brought truck in for service, then wanted to have it again following day. No loaner available.
Appointment was rescheduled for following week. The work was completed but they expierenced difficulty in getting a new keypad programmed to the vehicle. Needed to keep vehicle overnight for another day. No loaner offered.
