I was very disappointed with my service since you didn't fix the problem. I had a early morning appointment but apparently you worked on other cars and didn't devote the time needed to fix it. My husband had scheduled an appointment a few months ago and when he arrived they said it would be a hour to an hour an a half wait, he left. Not sure if I will continue to bring my car in anymore. I bought it there and have been very happy with it, but the service is a different story.

I had an issue with a used vehicle I had purchased.
I had an issue with a used vehicle I had purchased. Heiser couldn't diagnose this issue correctly so they sent it across the street to another dealership. The next dealership couldn't get me in for 3 weeks or so and Heiser refused to give me a rental. Now we're on week 3 and it was diagnosed that my Jeep needs a camshaft that there is no eta on. At 39 years old with 2 kids and a wife I'll probably be purchasing 4 vehicles in the next 20 years... The way this turned out I will not be dealing with Heiser again...

Dealer did not have car ready for us to take car home on
Dealer did not have car ready for us to take car home on initial visit. Dealer then again did not have car ready when we returned two days later. Car was then not charged so I could not drive it home. Lease was then not written properly for GM so had to be reworked. Finally, it took more than 20 day for dealer to pay me the $12,000 that they owed me for trade-in.

Vehicle was provided to dealership, and checked in by
Vehicle was provided to dealership, and checked in by service writer on Tuesday evening for a Weds appointment (only a couple hour job). Never received a phone call for follow-up. At end of business I got a ride to dealership and they never even brought truck in for service, then wanted to have it again following day. No loaner available. Appointment was rescheduled for following week. The work was completed but they expierenced difficulty in getting a new keypad programmed to the vehicle. Needed to keep vehicle overnight for another day. No loaner offered. Next day go to pickup the vehicle and charged 175.00 to program a keypad. After raising concern about the earlier screwup the best I was offered was a 10% discount. I realize things can go sideways and schedule hiccups occur. Vehicle was in for warranty service and to program keypad. Programming a keypad is the definition of a soft expense. After weeks of back ordered parts, a screw up in the appointment date, needing the vehicle an extra day due to technical difficulties getting the keypad programmed, the programming fee should have been deeply discounted if not waived entirely. I will use a different dealership for my future service needs. My time is valuable.

I purchased a 2021 Silverado 1500 brand new from this
I purchased a 2021 Silverado 1500 brand new from this dealership. The salesperson sold me an extended warranty that I was told was with General Motors. This turns out to not have been the case and now I don't have the required information to get a repair covered under the warranty. The shady sales tactics and poor communication with the company has really soured my opinion of the entire Heiser organization. I do not remember the salesperson and I was forced to pick one. This is not a reflection on that person.

My experience with buying my pacifica started with an
My experience with buying my pacifica started with an appointment to see the van. After a 45 min drive to see the vehicle, it could not be found. An offer was made to fill the gas tank {driving a car that gets 32 mpg} I declined. I was told that when it was found they would let me know. Then a few days later I found it online again and decided to make another appointment. The woman on the phone recognized my name and said arrangements could be made for me to test drive at the west allis location. After test drive I agreed to buy the car as I had already had financing worked out with my bank. After telling Charlie the sales guy I had financing through my bank, and I needed the contract to give to my bank a financial person was brought out who said they work with my bank and that I could finance it there. I declined because I was already approved for my loan. At this point I was told doing it that way would delay how long it would take me to get my van. That was fine to me. An appointment was made to meet and drop check for car, the salesman was late. I have never in my life tried to buy a vehicle where it seemed as if they didn't want to sell me the car.
